Great third installment of this series。 The action is cranked up a notch from #2 and we get an awesome rematch between Thorfinn and Thorkell。 The story continues to develop and now I am wondering what Canute is going to do along with Thorfinn and Askeladd。 Definitely worth the read if you are into graphic novels。

This was great！I've jumped to the manga at this volume， because I watched the anime adaptation and apart from the Thorfinn's childhood I wasn't a big fan of the "middle" arc， but the Canute's revelation on love and the Thorfinn/Thorkell fight is very the story picks up back again for me。I wasn't initially a fan of Makoto Yukimura's art but the more I read the more I appreciate it， the paneling and the composition are amazing。 He has an eye for such stricking imagery。 It is very beautiful indeed。 This was great！I've jumped to the manga at this volume， because I watched the anime adaptation and apart from the Thorfinn's childhood I wasn't a big fan of the "middle" arc， but the Canute's revelation on love and the Thorfinn/Thorkell fight is very the story picks up back again for me。I wasn't initially a fan of Makoto Yukimura's art but the more I read the more I appreciate it， the paneling and the composition are amazing。 He has an eye for such stricking imagery。 It is very beautiful indeed。I am excited to continue on with the story via manga。 。。。more
